Refunds & Returns
Because each print is produced to order, we can only accept returns in the case of damage or defects.
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@londonillustratedmap.com within 14 days with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please check sizes and details carefully before ordering.
Lost Parcels
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve it.
